Employees are able to undergo skills gap-analysis and review on-line training courses, which can be either from internal or external providers.
An intranet enabled self-service area allows the direct entry of training requests and also any associated course reviews or evaluations. The requisition process includes necessary approvals, budgetary limitations, supplier selections and any relevant documents including booking forms or even, internal course manuals.
This module can stand-alone or be incorporated within other Resource solutions such as Resource HR & Payroll system. This integration provides additional benefits, not least, the sharing of information across a number of different systems.
