Our implementation team ensures that the chosen product fits your organisation’s existing business processes, and advises the technology team of any changes that need to be made.
A project manager is then assigned to you to ensure that the product goes live on time and within budget.
Once live, the support continues. Training can be provided on site, and you will be advised on any available product updates. Our research and development team continually convert customer feedback to improvements in new and existing products.
A support help-desk is manned 24x7, and support is also available via an extranet.
