Press Release
Corero Financial Markets appoints Mats Forsgren as Head of Sales

Corero (FTSE:CORO), the specialist financial research and corporate actions solutions provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mats Forsgren as Head of Sales.

Mats will be responsible for all sales activities globally with the Corero Financial Markets division.

Mats joins from Chris Fowler International, a financial printing firm, where he was president of the US business, serving a number of large Wall Street banks. During his four years in charge, the firm substantially increased revenue and market share in what is a declining market. Chris Fowler International was recently acquired by Service Point.

Over the past 20 years, Mats has played a major role in a number of service based companies selling into the Financial Markets space. Most notably, Mats was a partner in Financial Distribution Services (FDS), a Swedish based financial research distributor that dominated the Nordic region. The business grew quickly to a turnover of £5m, and FDS was subsequently acquired by the Royal Mail in 2001. Mats stayed with the Royal Mail until 2004, becoming the Managing Director of their CitiPrint business, a specialist on-line print hub.

Mark Robertson, Managing Director, Financial Markets, comments "Mats brings a huge amount of relevant experience to Corero, but more importantly, he has the drive and enthusiasm to help realise some of the challenging goals we have in our Financial Markets business. Mats has worked with Corero as a partner for a number of years, and has been instrumental in our early wins in North America. His decision to join us full-time shows his belief in the future success of our products and services, not only in North America, but in many other markets."
