Holding in Company
The Company has been notified that Peter Waller, Executive Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at 12p each, equivalent to 0.11 per cent. of the total voting rights of Corero, Mr Waller now holds 168,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.37 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
In addition, the Company has been notified that Ian Selby, Finance Director of the Company, has today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares at 12.115p each, equivalent to 0.04 per cent. of the voting rights of Corero, which will be held in his Self Invested Pension Fund. Mr Selby is now beneficially interested in 286,553 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.63 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
