The College Finance Directors’ Conference is an annual two-day residential event for college finance directors and managers and anyone who needs to keep up-to-date with finance issues in the English college sector.

The 2009 conference builds on the success of the 2008 event and will have a full programme of speeches and seminars.  In two packed days, the conference will cover the political, economic and financial challenges facing colleges as well as dealing with some immediate challenges: for example, Learning and Skills Council funding, capital projects, the new role of local government; seminar sessions, which take place across the two days, will include a briefing session for new finance directors, updates on fee income, procurement, higher education and VAT.
